12. If there was one thing you could change about your stay, what would it be?I'd really like to see some new cushions on the sofas and chairs in the living room area off the kitchen.

18. Other suggestions for the SKIBACS club?I would love to see SKIBACS information pushed out through the Boeing portal. I encounter so many people who are unaware that SKIBACS exists, or that we have a lodge at Crystal.
