Quite frankly, I would have had them on skis versus playing with snow on the side of the magic carpet.

I am specifically providing feedback for the experience my daughter Jemma Roberts had. At the time of registration in October, we indicated she had never skied before. I emailed in December that she was now making S turns, able to pizza, and use the magic carpet and wanted to update her record prior to lessons. We were able to make 4/6 lessons and she had a different instructor and group of students every time. There was no consistency. There did not seem to be a plan either, and every day we observed her sitting on the side of the magic carpet playing in the snow with other students. I don't think there was evaluation of the students, nor a good pairing of students for her group, and overall, she indicated she never wanted to ski again which is the exact outcome we'd hoped for. In December, we were thrilled she'd fallen in love with skiing when we went up together, and this experience was sadly such a disappointment and she did not learn any skills.

I personally would love to discuss how I should think about using SKIBACS again for my daughter next winter as this experience was not at all as expected and I had high hopes based on numerous recommendations from our friends. I'd really appreciate the opportunity to have a conversation about our experience and understand how this will be different if we register for next year. Thank you in advance.
